A 21-day Yoga journey, designed to invite commitment in, in. in. Made for all + curated for all levels, whether you are a beginner yogi or an experienced practitioner... This journey is about showing up for yourself, day in, day out. It takes 21 days (minimum) to start breaking away from old, habitual patterns. If you want to commit to a daily practice, arriving to your mat can be the hardest part. All you gotta do in this journey is show up; I'll be waiting with open arms!
21 days of presence is an online program, designed to offer a deeper understanding of meditation and how we can create our own mindful practices. This is merely an introduction into a vast topic, where you’ll be able to learn in a bitesize, accessible way. We’ll use tools and techniques – such as breath work, mindfulness, and visualisations – to train attention and awareness. The goal with meditation isn't to empty the mind, but simply not be so attached to your thoughts.
